Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. Please contact customer service custservice@oddel.co.uk within 14 working days of goods receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund. You must obtain a returns acknowledgement confirmed by e-mail from us prior to returning your item or items back to us, by a secure recorded postal service. We will only refund the purchase cost of the item. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 14 working days. We will not process used items, hair has to be in the same condition as received, and we cannot accept any hair that has been un-bundled, brushed out, used due to hygiene reasons. Or hair that has been coloured or tinted this is done entirely at your own risk. Oddel will not accept any liability. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

For custom made wigs and hair extension that have been specially altered and coloured all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted, due to hygiene reasons and customisation of the hair.
