Cancellation Policy


Within the first 12 hours of ordering you can cancel your order without a £10.00 restocking fee. Anything over 12 hours these rules will be applied

Can I cancel my custom made order?

Yes, we offer a Cancellation Policy for only hair extensions that are already in production. We understand that you may need to cancel your order, and we are more than happy to accommodate you. Please understand that once your order is in production it can not be stopped. Your order will be sent finished to our shop. 

Silk top Wigs and Closures require 15-20 working days to make. Once you have placed your order, your order can't be cancelled all sales are finale.

Are there any fees to cancel my order?

Yes. There is a 15% cancellation fee on orders cancelled during production. This fee covers the following:

  • To offset the cost of the raw hair, (we pay the for the rest). The raw hair is cut, colored, or textured (altered), and it is non refundable, for you or Remy Clips, as contracted by our supplier.

  • The cost for the labor to make the extensions, already in production, as contracted by our supplier.

**You will also be responsible for the shipping charge to return the extensions back to our supplier to receive your refunded amount. Shipping charges to send your custom order back to our supplier, will be added to the 15% cancellation fee. Shipping fees are determined by the weight of the hair and will be calculated as a International package.

What if I cancel my custom order right after I place it?

If you cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it, you will not be charged a fee. Any cancelled orders after the 8 hour window, will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. Your order is date and time stamped when we receive it from our payment provider. Within minutes of receiving it, your order is placed with our supplier, and you are sent a email confirmation. At that time we pay for the raw hair, and a deposit to start your order. The raw hair is not refundable once our supplier buys it, and contacts the labor to start production.

Return Policy

please contact customer service within 15 working days of goods receipt to arrange a replacement. You must obtain a returns acknowledgement confirmed by e-mail from us prior to returning the item back to us by first class post. Hair has to be in the same condition as received, we can not accept any hair that has been un-bundled, brushed out or used due to hygiene reasons.

For the WIGS, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 15 working days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. Note that perming, coloring, lifting,rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If oDDel verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, oDDel will then exchange or replace the item.

If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. oDDel will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. If oDDel does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via ground) without an exchange of product.
